1. Membership & Access
Your FarahView membership will continue until terminated. To use the service, you must have internet access and a FarahView-ready mobile device. You are responsible for all internet access charges.
2. Content Streaming
- The content on FarahView is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- The quality of the display of the content may vary from device to device and may be affected by your location or bandwidth.
- You agree not to archive, download (except via official app features), or distribute the content provided.
3. Billing & Cancellation
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of your paying portion. You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.
4. Prohibited Uses
Users may not bypass, remove, or deactivate the content protection in the FarahView app. Any unauthorized use of the service will result in immediate termination of the account.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sudan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled within the jurisdiction of Sudanese courts.
